Aging Strong—yes, even in your PJs on a yoga mat! Because who says you can’t find inner peace while lounging in PJs style?

I’m absolutely pumped to finally dive into something I've been dreaming about for ages: Writing! Or at least I’m giving it a whirl... maybe! Let's see where this wild ride takes us! I’m a nutritional educator who adores simple, delicious food that won’t leave me feeling like a balloon. And cocktails. Always cocktails—those that don’t bloat! I’m not trying to reinvent the wheel; I just want to take it on a detour. Life's detours have been quite the adventure—some good, some not so good—but hey, I'm still smiling and laughing, so something’s working! I love to read and get inspired, simplify recipes to heal my gut, and make sense of all the noise.

Hope you join me on my flow!

Cheers to health and happiness!

Why Is NAD+  Important?
NAD+ stands for Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide. It’s a natural molecule found in every cell of your body.

We rely on NAD+ to:

  • Convert nutrients into energy: It helps turn the food we eat into the energy our cells need.

  • Regulate cellular health: NAD+ switches on and off important processes that keep our cells healthy.

As we age, our NAD+ levels decline, leading to less energy and reduced cellular health. Additionally, factors like intense exercise, disrupted sleep, and alcohol consumption can further lower our NAD+ levels. Scientific studies show that replenishing NAD+ is essential for maintaining cellular defenses against these everyday stressors, helping you stay healthy and active.

Why NMN?
NMN stands for Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, and it’s a molecule that plays a crucial role in boosting NAD+ levels in the body. Here’s why NMN is important:

  • Supports Energy Production: NMN helps increase NAD+ levels, which are essential for converting food into energy. This means more energy for your cells and overall vitality.

  • Promotes Cellular Health: By boosting NAD+, NMN aids in various cellular processes that help repair DNA and support cell survival, promoting overall health as we age.

  • Enhances Metabolism: NMN can help improve metabolic functions, which can support weight management and energy balance.

  • May Support Healthy Aging: Research suggests that increasing NAD+ levels through NMN supplementation may help combat age-related decline in cellular functions, potentially leading to healthier aging.

  • Protects Against Stressors: Like NAD+, NMN can help defend your cells against stressors like exercise, lack of sleep, and other lifestyle factors.

In summary, NMN is a promising supplement for boosting NAD+ levels and supporting energy, metabolism, and overall cellular health.

You can take NAD+ with NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide). NMN is often used to help boost NAD+ levels in the body.

How They Work Together:
NMN serves as a precursor to NAD+, meaning that your body converts NMN into NAD+. By supplementing with NMN, you can effectively increase NAD+ levels.

NAD+ plays a vital role in energy production, cellular repair, and overall health.

Considerations:
Consult a Professional: Before starting any new supplements, it’s always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking other medications.

Dosage: Follow recommended dosages for NMN and NAD+ supplements, as individual needs may vary.

Combining NMN with NAD+ may enhance energy production and overall cellular health.
